Are your products available in store?
Our products are currently available online only at AAVRANI.com, Sephora.com, and Amazon. We do not have any retail presence at this time.

What payment methods are accepted?
We are pleased to accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards for AAVRANI orders. We also accept Paypal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Shop Pay and offer flexible payments through Shop Pay Installments and Klarna.

What happens after I place an order?
After you place an order on AAVRANI.com, you will receive an email notification to the email address you provided while placing the order, confirming that we received your order. A Client Care Specialist reviews and handles every order. The Order Confirmation email you receive does not confirm your order is being fulfilled and shipped. Once your order is fulfilled and on its way, we will send you a Shipment Confirmation email to confirm. If we cannot fulfill your order, a Client Care Specialist will send a follow-up email and the purchase amount will be returned to your method of payment.

How do I cancel my order?
We cannot guarantee that we'll be able to modify or cancel your order once it's been placed. However, please reach out to our customer care team at hello@AAVRANI.com and we can contact our warehouse team on your behalf.

Can I edit my address once my order has been placed?
We can not make changes to an order once it has left our warehouse facility. If the order is still in the process of being fulfilled, please reach out to us ASAP and we can work with our warehouse team to see if the change can be made.

How do I check the status of the order?
You will receive an email notification once the order is placed with a link to view your order status page. You can view this page at any time to get a live update on the status of your order. If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out to hello@AAVRANI.com.
